PISTON PUMPS FOR FILTER PRESS

DESCRIPTION Double-acting single piston (S75) or double piston (GS80) pump particularly suitable for transferring under pressure residual water from industrial processing or dreg liquids. OPERATING FEATURES ·  Feeding of filter press for purifying industrial waste water from mud residue. ·  Feeding of dreg filters in the oenological field. ·  For every type of filtration under pressure. FEATURES ·  Interior reduction group: acid proof aluminium casing with gears in cast iron and steel treated. ·  Exterior reduction group: by belts with flex coupling. ·  Pump body in bronze (S75 and GS80) or stainless steel AISI 316 (S75 Inox). ·  Cylinder and piston rods in stainless steel AISI 304 chromated. ·  Ball valves and valve seats in stainless steel AISI 316. ·  Piston seals and gasket made of material resistent to abrasion and chemical corrosion.
